The Way Back Home Women’s Retreat: Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to join our retreat. Please read the following carefully. By registering for and attending this retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. General Acknowledgment

This retreat is hosted by Jacquelyn Miller / Rad Wellbeing LLC and Taylor Tatum / Edge of Ether LLC (together, “Retreat Hosts”). The Retreat Hosts may also engage independent contractors, service providers, and/or third-party vendors (such as caterers, service providers, venue operators, and activity guides).

2. Assumption of Risk

By attending the retreat, you understand and acknowledge that participation in wellness activities, movement practices, excursions, and/or use of third-party services carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss that may arise from your participation.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge:

  • Jacquelyn Miller / Rad Wellbeing LLC

  • Taylor Tatum / Edge of Ether LLC

  • All independent contractors, service providers, and third-party vendors engaged for the retreat

from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to your participation in the retreat, including but not limited to injury, illness, accident, property loss, death, or other damages.

4. Medical Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your health and wellbeing during the retreat. Please consult your physician prior to participation if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. You agree to disclose any allergies, dietary needs, or health considerations to Retreat Hosts prior to the event.

5. Personal Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Participate at your own pace and within your own limits.

  • Follow instructions provided for your safety.

  • Carry personal health/travel insurance if desired, as Retreat Hosts do not provide such coverage.

6. Payments & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required for all attendees. If you need to cancel:

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations made 30–59 days prior will receive a 50% refund, minus the deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another woman with prior approval. In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund. We strongly encourage third-party travel insurance to protect your investment.

7. Agreement

By completing your retreat registration and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the Release of Liability.
